Splendid trip to Redang Island 2010

This is the 3rd Island we hopped to which is the best among all. FYI, the amount spent for the whole trip (3 days 2 nights) is equivalent to the Penang Trip ( 5 days 4 nights).
I was told that Redang is an ideal place for snorkelling and most of you wonder how is it different from the Sabah Island?
>>>>><<<<<
Sabah is more suitable for diving compared to snorkelling.
On the Saturday Night itself, we have a great homecook food in Casey House. Thanks Aunty~ I love the Ribbed Pork so much..

* FAVOURITE DISH*
PAI KUAT

p/s when we took the photos Casey was like, "What !!"In a minor tone.. " these are my normal dinner and you guys want to take photo..." lolx.. =) Its for our memory Casey~ Thanks so much.
I bet this was our 2nd or 3rd dinner in your home? argh~ lost count edi..

Off we depart to the bus station and journey begins... It took around 8 hours to reach Kuala Terengganu. I was kind of surprised that we were given such a comfortable resting area =) . Since we have to wait around 3 hours before the ferry arrive everyone fall back to piglet mode. ZZzzZZzzZz

We had nasi Lemak and nasi Kuning in the nearby stall, Mak Nor for breakfast
Finally the Ferry came ~

* SiaoHan u r trying to act cool? I laugh like mad when i saw this photo... *

Before we even landed in the sand, hundreds of scenic photos were captured. The beach is really well maintained as there isn't any polluted spot seen. The sand is really as soft as silk and the water from the ocean was so crystal clear until i can even see my toe playing with the sand.

*Redang Beach Resort*

* Lunch time*

At 3 pm, we had our first snorkelling session with this guy called "Kai". He is such a humorous guy. He even pinched my cheek saying "i'm so cute"and pinched SiaoHan's nose.. =.= *Sweat*
After snorkelling, we changed to our pario and have another hundreds photos taken along the beach.

*Craving our initial on the sand*

*Spot the mistake.. ???*

Randolamous misspell to Randalamous.. Tsk Tsk Casey~

*Xia Ri Mo Mo Cha*
(HK artist Sammi Cheng & Richie Ren's movie took here)v

* There is a hidden meaning for this pose, if you know her well enough you will know.. *
Kaiyee We will always be with you .. ^^

We had a picnic at the beach after the dinner as Casey baby brought a picnic cloths. The best part of the day is not snorkelling but i saw two shooting stars aka meteors.. but Shi Hao saw 6 meteors... =) and we also saw the moon rise with the sky full of blinking stars. That was a great night but spoilt by mosquitoes attacked and an unknown bug attack on my hand... =(

* This photo was taken using 60 seconds shutter speed.*
This is not sunrise but moonrise.... =P Awesome~

The next day we have our private snorkelling session to track the baby shark.

* Casey Lamb was thrown to the water as a punishment for losing in snap snap continuously *

*Warning*

* Nothing more than this can be revealed.. *

The day continues with 2 snorkelling session. 1st snorkelling spot is Marina Bay which is protected by government and have to pay RM 5 admission fee with free breads to feed the fishes. I saw giant eels, pointed nose fish , giant copper fish, weird starfish and etc etc.

* The divers trying to lure the humongous fish out from the hole with dead fish..*

*Meet Kai the funny guy*
When we went back to the sea shore, we keep complaining that we were so tired. He turned back and look at us "You guys are being pulled by me ok.... "

* guess what are we holding?*Looks like a basketball ryte?

Kai asked us to guess, and at last i can guess it after a few attempts of guessing such as turtle etc etc... The answers is :::::: Its a Starfish.. !!

* can you see the head of the big copper fish???*

*Lunch Time*

*Most of our foot injured~Moreover, this poor little girl, had a stone stuck in the wound... *

2nd snorkelling spot is some random area full of dangerous, sharp corals. I saw 7 nemo fishes aka clown fish hidden in the coral . They are so cute. ;) But this Lim Shi Hao,who was holding the underwater camera thought nemo fish is blue colour and he end up didn't capture any photo of the fish. =.= This guy don't have childhood. Pity him~

In the evening, we went to have another scroll and fly SiaoHan kite~ I'm so proud of myself becuase i can fly the kite until i used up all the string... Can you spot the KITE???
If you can't see anything meaning i'm really really pro in flying kite... =P

* Kaiyee and me sick of stepping the painful stone, so we decided to swim.. ^^"*

At night we had a BBQ feast continued with picnic session again.

* Can you see what am i holding? Its a turtle aka penyu aka "hai Kuai".. So cute~*

* A closer view*

But the sky tonight wasn't so clear as yeaterday night as there were thick cloud. A passer-by asked us whether we know where to see the blue sand.. Curiosity brought us to discover the blue sand in the corner of the beach. Shi Hao, Kai Yee and me were thrilled and we kept playing with them NON-STOP. They are some organism which will glow in the dark. Upon exposure to light, they become dimmed again. But they will re-glow if you press them in a gentle manner.

* The sky loves us because the cloud form a love shape... XD*

The third day, all of us keep complaining about sunburn, getting tanned ,how to repair the skin and complaint about the useless sun block.

* Finally we can take our photo with the hammock*

*Souvenirs for the rest of 4 flowers =)* I will be back to hometown august yea...

**Competition for the best couple of the day**

* I just don't understand, we always have the tendency to bully this thorn among the roses * =P

Sadly to say, byebye to Pulau Redang.
This trip will be a memorable trip for me and one of the highlight in my life.

p/s Lichen; You give wrong expression lor...
